"Tunde Bakare is hale, hearty and in good spirits, though in need of rest" - Latter Rain Assembly

Pastor Tunde Bakare’s church, Latter Rain Assembly has released an update on his health status. He was reported to have collapsed during a lecture in Lagos yesterday and was rushed to Reddington Hospital in Lagos.

A statement on the Church’s Facebook page reads:

“Pastor ‘Tunde Bakare’s Health: Situation Update”
“Thank you all for your outpouring of affection and concern throughcalls, messages, and prayers.
“Please be assured that Pastor ‘Tunde Bakare is hale, hearty and ingood spirits, though in need of rest.
“We therefore ask everyone to please remain calm and give him thespace and time to fully recuperate over the next few days.
“We thank you all once again.”
The statement was signed by the Executive Council of The Latter Rain Assembly”
