Gambling on a combination of basketball and the bout between Gennady Golovkin and Willy Monroe, Mayweather made $827,272.73 from a total stake of $350,000.
Factor in his winnings from his own super-fight with Manny Pacquiao earlier this month, and it's definitely been a successful few weeks for the American.
Mayweather had under 5.5 rounds in the Golovkin fight and the Kazakh completed the job early in the sixth.
He also backed the Houston Rockets to win at the LA Clippers in Game 6 of the NBA Western Conference semi-finals (they came through 119-107) before having a punt on the Rockets +4.5 in the second-half spread in Game 7 of the same series. He also had a second-half spread bet (Atlanta +3.5) in the game between the Hawks and the Washington Wizards in the Eastern semis.
It is not the first time Mayweather has bragged about his big-money wins on social media. Back in October, he won $4million as part of a streak betting on NFL games.
On one occasion, he wagered $800,000 on the Arizona Cardinals to beat the Oakland Raiders with a handicap of 3.5.
A week earlier, he bet $815,000 on the Denver Broncos to beat the New York Jets, duly claiming $1.44m.
Last April, Mayweather won $75,636 betting on the University of Connecticut Huskies in a College Football championship game.
In 2013, Mayweather laid down a whopping $5.9m on the Miami Heat beating the Indiana Pacers in an NBA basketball game, winning a profit of $6.49m.
It is also claimed that between August 2010 and February 2012, Mayweather had a nearly flawless run of 46 bets totalling $3,890,833, netting the fighter $3,938,722 in winnings.
Source indicates that Mayweather delivered a defensive masterclass when he defeated Pacquiao at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 2, adding the WBO welterweight title to the WBC and WBA titles he already had.
Mayweather's professional record now stands at 48-0 with 26 knockouts.
