Mr Rodney Todd, 36, a utility worker with his seven children, 5 girls and 2 boys were yesterday found dead in their home. Though the police is still carrying out investigations to unravel the cause of their death but neighbours believed that the carbon monoxide from the generator fumes must have been responsible for the deaths.
Mr Edwards said Delmarva Power had cut off the electricity to Todd's house because of an outstanding bill. Princess Anne police chief Scott Keller said there was a generator in the kitchen that was out of fuel.
He had to buy a generator to keep his seven children warm.
