Tiwa Savage and others nominated for African Artiste at 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards

Charterhouse, organizers of the annual Ghana Music Awards sponsored by telecom giant Vodafone has announced the nominees for this year’s edition of the awards.

The nominees were released at a ceremony at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.

In the Africa Artiste of the Year category, South African rapper AKA, Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz face competition from Nigeria’s Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy and the Mavin Group, Patoranking and Yemi Alade.

This category carries 40% public vote weighting, 30% Academy Vote weighing and 30% Board vote weighting.
