A woman confessed her disappointed after finding vodka and cigarettes
buried alongside her father in his grave, though she though it would be
his will instead, police in New Hampshire said.

Now, 53-year-old Melanie Nash has pleaded guilty to numerous charges
after digging up the grave of her father to find a real will because she
was unhappy with the share of her inheritance.
While digging up the grave, she found vodka and cigarettes beside her father. Nash was one of the four defendants in the plan to open the casket of Eddie Nash in Colebrook.
Nash pleaded guilty on Monday, to charges of criminal conduct, interference with a cemetery, conspiracy and abuse of a corpse. Two other defendants pleaded guilty and a third person was found not guilty of the charges.
Eddie Nash, who died of a heart attack at the age of 68, started an equipment business that is still run by his family members. He has since been reburied by his family members.
