Liverpool defender Kolo Toure and Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure have both had illustrious careers, but surprisingly, the two men never squared off against each other in a competitive match—until Sunday, that is.

When Kolo came on in the 83rd minute of Liverpool's 2-1 victory over City at Anfield, it was the first time the two brothers were on the pitch as opponents.

The pair played many times together for Manchester City and Ivory Coast, but now Kolo can boast of a 1-0 record against his younger bro.
